Sisters!

I love them! They are the sweetest, most wonderful gift I was ever blessed with.

Snoqualmie Falls

A couple of weekends ago we took a little trip to walk down on the lower lookout of the falls. It wasn't the warmest day, the wind was howling, but it was still beautiful. I think the monkeys had fun.

A few pictures from Christmas!

Well it has only been two months since Christmas! I am trying to play catch-up with a couple past posts.

We had a very nice Christmas at home with the kiddos and my brother Mike. Here are a few pictures of the early morning present opening.

New slipper-boots, better put them on!
Wrist bands, check!
She dressed herself with a few of her just received gifts.
Finish with a crown and a candy wand!
Pretty Princess number 2!
Thanks for the crowns Nana! Present opening wouldn't be proper without the proper accessory!

The big present for the girls was a slot car race track, I'm not sure if the girls or Tysen was more excited.
It was pretty fun to play with.

Gingerbread!

My sister and I got together a couple weekends ago to bake cookies. We also helped the girls build their gingerbread kits. Logen happily slept through all of it so here is a sweet picture of my baby.

Finished house and train.

Madysen and her house.
Shelbie and her train.

Things I Love

I love that anytime any type of sports are on (baseball, football, golf) Logen yells "GO!" at the top of her lungs.

I love that every night no matter what I make or how much she doesn't like it Shelbie always says "thank you for dinner mommy".

I love that Madysen still plays with my hair when she needs comforting or soothing.

I love that Tysen can always make me smile, even when I don't want to.

I love them all.

It's Been Forever

It has been forever since I have updated, I know, I'm sorry! We have been busy. The last few months have flown by.

Since we have moved Madysen has become fully involved in a new school and soccer team which keeps us busy most weekends. Right now we are enjoying our little soccer break, but she will start up again in January with indoor soccer.
This fall I have also decided to take on homeschooling with Shelbie, for multiple reasons I think this is the best thing for her right now, although some days I do believe it may be the craziest thing I have ever decided to take on.
Logen is growing and learning like crazy. It is so much fun to see this crazy little personality develop. She is wild, sweet, and not afraid to beat up on her sisters!
Tysen has been busy tackling the Superintendent role. It has been very time consuming with a pretty big learning curve, but he has managed to do a good job and is learning a lot about the work he does from a different perspective.

Here are a couple recent pictures of our family.

The Many Faces of Logen

Logen woke up from a nap one morning and Tysen snapped a number of pictures of Logen and her many faces. She is developing quite the personality and her facial expressions are often very hilarious.
